Calibration and Configuration
The articles in this section of the documentation explain how to calibrate and configure TRAXIS Talent Tracking via its User Interface.
📄️ Remote Control with VNC Viewer
TRAXIS Talent Tracking software comes with a VNC (Virtual Network Computing) server, which provides remote access to the Talent Tracking UI from a client computer. You can use any VNC Viewer that supports Remote Frame Buffer protocol such as Real VNC.
📄️ Measuring Camera Height
Measuring camera height with precision has a direct impact on your tracking quality. To achieve the best possible tracking quality, please consider the following suggestions:
📄️ Matching Camera Pan
TRAXIS Talent Tracking Camera is equipped with sensors and can automatically measure the tilt and roll angles.
📄️ Calibration Cube
If the studio origin is within the field of view of the Talent Tracking Camera, a calibration cube may not be required. The only action required is to right-click on the Studio Origin while operating within the Camera Viewport.
📄️ Defining Track Region
In the next step, you must define a region to be tracked by talentS.
📄️ Selecting Detection Models
Detection property group is located under Tracking > Track Region > Advanced > Detection and has the following properties:
🗃️ Multi Talent Tracking
4 items
📄️ Single-Talent Tracking
If you upgrade TRAXIS Talent Tracking from version 1.x to v2.0, caution is advised due to changes in the workflow. Under the new workflow, only individuals who enter the track region through a Talent Door will be tracked, while others will be considered Ghosts and will not be tracked.
📄️ Adding Engines
Engine Targeting allows you to configure which Engine(s) will receive FreeD data from specific talent(s) through a designated port(s).
📄️ Preview Monitoring with NDI
NDI (Network Device Interface) tools allow you to monitor your Talent Tracking scene preview.
